You’ll see how many pounds of each to mix and how their nutrient values combine.

How this is calculated

Calculation: (Feed A label × Feed A weight share) + (Feed B label × Feed B weight share). Results are shown to the decimal places the labels print; a minimum is rounded down and a maximum up.

Tucker feed values come from label guarantees. Grain values are typical INRAE-CIRAD-AFZ averages on an as-fed basis and vary between batches. Results that include typical grain values are estimates, not finished-blend guarantees. Minimums and maximums describe bounds, rather than the actual nutrient content of a batch. Missing guarantees are not treated as zero, and different units or dry-matter values are not combined. Follow each product’s feeding directions; the calculation does not determine whether two feeds are suitable to mix for your animals.
