1Information you provide
When you send a message or feeding question, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, animal information, current feed, and message. Provide only what is needed for your question. Do not include payment details or other sensitive personal information.
2How we use it
We use your submission to respond to your request, assess a feeding question or product concern, and keep a record of follow-up. Messages are stored in Tucker Milling’s private business system. Submitting a question does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
3Who can see it
Your message is not published on the website. Tucker personnel responsible for responding may use your details for that purpose. Website hosting and application service providers process information needed to operate these services. Hosting systems may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver pages and protect the service.
4Your location and the dealer map
The dealer finder uses your device’s location only if you choose “Use my location” and allow it when your browser asks. Your location is used in your browser to sort dealers by distance; it is not sent to Tucker Milling.
So the finder is ready next time, your browser remembers the last place you searched, rounded, in this site’s local storage. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
The map’s images come from Esri’s ArcGIS map service (server.arcgisonline.com). As with any website, Esri receives your IP address and the map areas your browser requests.
5Searching the resource library
The first time you search the resource library, your browser may download a small search model and the code that runs it from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) and the jsDelivr network, and keep a copy for next time. Those services receive your IP address. Your search words are matched in your browser and are not sent to them or to us.
6Browser storage and other websites
Website tools may store preferences or search resources in your browser to support their operation. You can clear this data through your browser settings. Links to universities, maps, and dealer services lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. Dealer portal account information is handled separately from this public website’s contact forms.
7Questions and requests
Contact info@tuckermilling.com or call (256) 582-2552 with privacy questions or to request a correction or deletion of information you submitted. Include your message reference if available. We will review your request, including any records needed to address an unresolved matter.
